Svoboda & Williams won an exclusive mandate for the sale of this project, continuing its long-term cooperation with Castle Rock Investments, an expert in demanding and complex building reconstructions. Boleslavova 3 will breathe new life into this 1930s apartment house nestled among the quiet streets along Botič Stream and Fidlovačka Park in Nusle.

Its costly reconstruction will result in 15 housing units with layouts ranging from studios to two-bedroom two-bathroom. The investor approached each apartment as wholly distinct with its own specific character and benefits—some have a front garden, others French windows or balconies with views in all directions, and the attic apartments have double-height ceilings.

This created carefully thought-out places to live, which will enrich the building's potential with new qualities. “High ceilings and charming views of the Nusle Valley are complemented by quality timeless materials such as stone, ceramics, concrete, and wood. The investor also paid extra attention to the common areas,” says Linda Martynková, senior property consultant at Svoboda & Williams.
