The houses are located on a common platform with interconnected terraces. In the central part, there is a kitchen and a living room boasting a corner with a bed. The other two houses both have 1 bedroom with a bathroom and a large walk-in closet. The outdoor terraces offer direct views of the sea and the greenery of a maintained garden.

Thanks to the well-thought-out architecture, the interior blends perfectly with the exterior. The property has 2,000 sq. m. of its own land providing a complete privacy. The bedrooms are air-conditioned, the comfortable beds are protected by mosquito nets. It is surounded by a breathtaking lush garden with herbs, fruits, vegetables, and ornamental plants, contributing to a thoroughly relaxing atmosphere. The entire garden is maintained in an environmentally-friendly way. Within the resort, there is a restaurant and a bar that delivers to the house, as well as a swimming pool or laundry serivce. There are also rental management services should the owner like to rent out the villa.

A beach with crystal clear water is literally just a few steps away from the villa. The island of Koh Jum stands out for its tranquility, but at the same time there is a large selection of quality restaurants. A medical clinic is 700 meters from the resort, and shops are located in the neighboring village. Krabi Airport is about an hour's drive away (30 minutes from the airport to the port and then 30-45 minutes by boat).
