This cozy house with breathtaking views of the nearby small island of Soraya and the more distant island of Tinos is located above a beautiful beach not far from Chora, the capital of the island of Mykonos.

The house consists of a living room, a dining room, an open plan kitchen, a guest toilet, and 3 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The social rooms open onto a pool and a large covered terrace with an outside dining table and sitting area, perfect for family meals and after dinner coffee in the fresh air. There is also a 55 sq. m. independent garden studio, which new owners can complete according to their needs and tastes. From the garden, steps lead down to a sandy beach with turquoise blue waters.

Famous for its pelicans and windmills, Mykonos has a pleasant climate with hardly any rain in the summer months. A popular surfing destination, besides its many beaches the island has a dramatic coastline full of secret bays and coves that can be accessed by boat.
