Svoboda & Williams to Broker the Sale of the Last 7 Apartments in the U Rajské zahrady 18 Project

15.10.2018

The U Rajské zahrady 18 residence is a carefully reconstructed classic Vinohrady apartment building from the turn of the 20th century. The SBORWITZ Architekti firm designed the plans for its reconstruction, and their goal was to restore the building’s original beauty, while also adapting it to current demands for comfortable and high-end living. The ornamental façade was refurbished, a new elevator was installed in a glass shaft, and the elegant common areas, reminiscent of the Belle Époque in which the building originated, were renovated. The successful reconstruction won the public choice award in the Real Estate Project of 2017 competition in the category of Prague 3.

The residence stands directly in front of the revitalized Rajská zahrada park, close to Riegrovy sady park, in a quiet location with a wide variety of restaurants, cafes, shops, and other services in the vicinity. The center of Prague is easily accessible: the Jiřího z Poděbrad metro station and several bus and tram stops are a short walk away. Both parks offer plenty of space for relaxation and outdoor activities, and include an outside gym, a covered swimming pool, a pétanque court, ping-pong tables, a children’s playground, cafes, and a secluded place with a little pond.

Currently, only 7 one-bedroom to three-bedroom apartments (82 sq. m. to 150 sq. m.) remain for sale in U Rajské zahrady 18. Boasting high ceilings, and views of the Prague Castle, Vítkov Hill, and the greenery of Rajská zahrada park, they are move-in ready and completed to a high standard, which includes replicas of the original casement windows with insulated glass, replicas of the original entrance and inner doors, oak hardwood floors, Italian floor tiles and wall tiles, premium sanitary ware, and ornamental stucco on the walls and ceilings.
