Last Available House in the Sun Houses by Mušov Project, Phase II Underway

24.04.2018

The Sun Houses by Mušov project, designed by architect Boris Hála, is set at the edge of the South Moravian village of Brod nad Dyjí, in a picturesque wine region near Mikulov. The project offers stylish one-story houses with spacious roof terraces in a gated resort with a reception, private wine cellars and neatly manicured park areas. The resort will feature an outdoor swimming pool, infrared sauna and also an atmospheric common wine cellar with wine repositories.

Given the considerable demand for the project, in which only one house is still available, the developer is currently preparing its second phase. The new part of the resort will feature another 17 low-energy houses with one and two-bedroom layouts and roof terraces offering charming views of the Pálava Protected Landscape Area.

The project is set in a beautiful location with excellent active relaxation possibilities, including great conditions for cycling, hiking, water sports and fishing. Among other destinations, you can visit the popular Aqualand Moravia in the neighboring village of Pasohlávky, where a large thermal spa is planned to be built in the future. The gorgeous Lednice-Valtice complex is situated less than 30 km away from the resort. Thanks to its dazzling countryside, long wine-growing tradition, fascinating history and typically sunny weather, this area belongs among the most desired recreational areas of the Czech Republic. Moreover, it is easily accessible from Brno (a 30 minutes’ drive as well as other Central European cities including Vienna and Bratislava.
