Construction of the Truhlárna Residential Project Successfully Continues

Currently construction work on the frame skeleton of the complex, namely on the second floor (of a total of four), is under way. The rough construction of the project will be completed in a few weeks’ time. Sophisticatedly blending the historicist street facade and the modern conception of the southern side, the Truhlárna complex was designed by the Under-Construction Architects studio. The project will feature four luxuriously realised houses with rooftop terraces and underground parking. Moreover, each house will include its own lift and a private garden with a unique design by the renowned studio, Atelier Flera. The houses are for sale at the "white walls" stage with a complete interior design concept from the London atelier Jestico + Whiles included in the purchase price. An exception is one house which is for sale finished, embodying this studio’s design concept.
